People have asked what has happened since the storms and flooding in the Philippines. The work of Jigsaw began as helping the most badly affected get emergency help. tThose in most need tended to be too far away from the supply chains to access supplies. Rice and dried food was sent but suppliers did not take into account the lack of clean water and cooking fuel. Having worked onalleviating initial problems, children needed uniforms and school books so that they could return to school. When life is precarious one more disaster is treated as part of life - to be got through. Pray that there can be more stability in people's lives.
