Shaha Bahadur Gurung (UMN Programme Director) died suddenly last night (16/05/11) from a heart attack. He was at home with his family at the time. This is of course a huge shock to his family and everyone at UMN. Please pray particularly for Samjhana his wife and their 3 sons at this time.
The funeral will be held today at 12.00 p.m. on 17/05/11 at Nepal Isai Mandali, Dhobighat. Shaha worked for 8 years for UMN and over 20 years for INF and has had a profound impact on thousands of people’s lives across Nepal and beyond, as he has worked out his passion for Integral Mission. He will be deeply missed.
I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone, for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 1 Timothy 2:1-2
